Two Quebec collections featuring early folk art in all genres, furniture in original paint, paintings and complementary accessories in iron, pottery, textiles etc.

Highlights include early carved canoe whirligig in original paint with two Indian paddlers, weathervanes such as horse and rider with dogs, dragon, mermaid, copper banner with hand, pig and a 19th century whirligig of man in hat, several excellent painted game boards including two rare slate examples, duck decoys, several early lighting devices, woven Apache water jug pre-1850, several New Mexico Kachina dolls in original paint, native beadwork including knife sheath, early native doll, cuffs, moccasins and bag panel, rare examples of French Quimper, several 19th century Indian encampment paintings, Shaker drying rack, small table in blue paint, lamp table with drawer in folky paint, and other furniture and lots of interesting interesting “smalls.”
