The easiest way to present this enormous amount of material is to simply offer all items on the main floor, ell and outbuildings on day one and items located on the second floor, attic and basement on day two. Because of the old-school nature of this estate we felt it appropriate to sell in an un-catalogued format like the days of old, come early for best selection. The following is just a quick sampling, plan on sorting through over 1000 items each day, many will be sold in groupings.
