New England Chippendale curly maple tall chest on a bracket base, 1750-1800, with appropriate later brass in original holes. No major repair. Rich old dark maple surface. 38" x 45½" x 18½". Case width 35¾".

 

 

Left, Windsor armchair, coastal Massachusetts, 1780-1800. Tenoned arm type with scrolled, carved ears. Old refinish with faint remnants of white over green paint. H. 40", w. 26", seat height 14½".

 

Also available, Windsor comb-back armchair, Philadelphia, 1750-1770. Carved ears. Old refinish with minor remnants of crème paint over black. Pot seat carefully plugged. H. 44¾" , w. 25½", seat height 17½".
