Unusual candle mold on the left had a wooden frame and 20 tin tubes, one foot missing and one adjusting screw broken, $137.50; candle mold with 16 pewter tubes in a pine frame, $880; dovetailed copper teakettle stamped "D.M.D.," $159.50; four-gallon ovoid jar with impressed mark "I.M. Mead & Co. Portage Co., Ohio" highlighted in cobalt, $187; and poplar blanket chest cleaned down to the old red graining with traces of later black paint, $440.
