Dealer Pleads Guilty in Ivory Smuggling Case

Yiwei Zheng, a.k.a. Steve Zheng, 43, of St. Cloud, Minnesota, pleaded guilty in federal court on January 13 to smuggling elephant ivory and illegally exporting rhinoceros horns.
