“In 1948, Eldress Emma (King) took me to the Attic of the Ministry Shop where I purchased the chrome yellow blanket chest for $100,” as told to Willis Henry by Dr. McCue in a series of interviews in 2003. Exhibited at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, MA and pictured in Religion in Wood by Edward D. Andrews, pg. 72.
