Since the property is under new ownership and the use will no longer be an inn, we will need to sell the majority of the main house and the contents of the guest and innkeeper’s houses along with the formal chairs and tables from the inn’s dining room plus kitchen related. There is a large amount to sell, imagine 15,000 square feet of living space plus barns and outbuilding full.

The sale will begin at 9:30 am with commercial restaurant related, outdoor furniture and ornaments plus barn stuff. Immediately following we will sell the contents of the rooms and formal living spaces.

This is a mixture of fine antiques and modern, including period formal American and English furniture along with country—at least 15 beds, antique and modern of all sizes, Chippendale and Hepplewhite chests, tables and chairs, large dining table, all sorts of tasteful accent pieces, plus more.

Good selection of signed artworks by listed artists, oils to decorative prints, large selection of Oriental rugs from large room sizes to hall and scatter rugs, some very nice examples.
