The auction features over 300 authentic pieces of diving history ranging from
19th Century diving helmets to classic vintage scuba equipment, all selling with no reserve!
Highlighting the auction is a selection of 22 diving helmets ranging from the 1800s to the 1970s.
Included are multiple A.J. Morse & Son’s and A. Schrader’s Son diving helmets.
A desirable all original US Navy Mark V diving helmet from 1943 is offered.
A 1916 Style 1 and a WWII era Style 3 Miller Dunn shallow water helmets make their splash.
Two custom ordered Yokohama helmets in excellent condition with documented history are represented.
Rounding out the diving helmets are some of the most historic examples from the early 1970s including a Joe Savoie and Miller 100 helmets.
Early equipment and rare books on scuba diving offer bidders a different collecting avenue.
The famed Jacques Cousteau 1st book and one autographed are quite impressive.
Other early 1st edition books on the subject
and complete runs of Skin Diver & Triton magazines can be had.
Equipment such as a WW2 surplus pilots oxygen diluter converted to scuba use, early 1950s Aqua Lung
regulators & WWII era oxygen tanks for scuba use can be had, all selling at no reserve.
The auction also contains hundreds of pieces of individual antique diving tools, helmet parts, and diving dresses.
Mark V diving boots, belts, fittings, valves, gloves, suits and even a welding lens is ready for work!
Very rare US Navy diving manuals, 1st edition books and limited print run books on diving are available for the bibliophile.
For the more modern military diver enthusiasts, a sizeable selection of NOS Navy Mark 12 diving helmet and rebreather parts are available.
