Rare Steinway rosewood inlaid model D Centennial Concert Grand Piano, circa 1881. Formerly belonging to pharmaceutical pioneer Kenneth Alan Hill of Fort Worth, Texas, this unit is believed to be one of only four known examples in the United States.

Having a rosewood case set on carved cabriole legs with filigree, hanging grape clusters, scroll work and medallions at the knees, pierced carved lyre shaped pedal post, pierced carved sheet music stand having figural winged maidens. The applied filigree carved mounts and side panels of this case are intricately inlaid with grape leaves.

Restored by Precision Piano Services in California, this example boasts the cutting edge PianoDisc Prodigy player system, which was installed by renowned piano technician Robin Hufford.
