South Florida Artist Sentenced to Five Years in $4 Million Counterfeit Currency Conspiracy

Artist Jean Phineas Losier, 41, of Wellington, Florida, was sentenced to five years in federal prison for conspiracy to deal in counterfeit Federal Reserve notes.
